All stated delivery times are estimates only. We are not liable for any delays related to manufacturing, shipment or delivery.
Risk and ownership of products pass to you when your order ships. You are responsible for ensuring the shipping address is correct during checkout. We are not liable for deliveries that are stolen after delivery or sent to the incorrect address due to your error.
6. Returns and Refunds
If you are not fully satisfied with any purchase, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price, minus any shipping charges. We do not refund original shipping charges on returns.
Returns must be approved and assigned a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before you ship your return back to us. Contact Customer Service to obtain approval and an RMA number.
Returns must be received at our processing facility within 30 days of delivery in new, unused condition with original tags and packaging. Clearance items are final sale only and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will process refunds to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Refunds may take 2-3 billing cycles to appear on your account statement, depending on your bank’s policies.
7. Reviews and User Content
Any user content you post on the Site, including reviews, photos, videos, questions and comments, is subject to public display. You grant us the perpetual license to use, edit, modify, distribute and publicly display any reviews, photos, videos or other content you provide, for commercial or non-commercial purposes and in any medium.
